  4. Thank you for the recipe! I really enjoyed it. I had a red bell pepper and red onion on hand, so I used those. And loved it without the sour cream and whipping cream due to my eating plan. Yummy! i want to make another batch and share it!

  5. How does this soup hold up if I want to reheat. I would like to make this for a party ahead of time and reheat before serving. Is it better to add the sourcream and cream after reheating?

    1. Hi Swetha,

You could try fat free or reduced fat sour cream or evaporated milk instead of heavy whipping cream. Just a word of warning…the reduced fat or fat free products do not taste the same as the regular ones (no brainer, right?).
