2.Add the mixture to the Chicken .
3.Add all the powders on top of the mixture and let it aside for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
4.Take a pan and add some oil and after the oil got heated..add the mixture to it.
5.Close the pan and let it cook for sometime till the Chicken gets cooked.
6.Add some pepper powder, cumin powder and Sombu powder.
7.Then switch off the gas and garnish it with Coriander/Cilantro leaves.
Sombu or Sombhu Powder is powder of Fennel Seeds.
Always, semi-cook or blanch the onions before grinding them to a fine paste, to avoid them turning bitter.
The recipe looks great, Suprasanna! Thanks for sharing.

This recipe isn’t very clear. First what kind of chicken? Whole chicken, thighs, breasts, sliced, cubed? No time on how long to cook it, then no quantities for the pepper powder, cumin powder and Sombu powder. And what is sombu powder anyway? None of these ingredients are even listed in the recipe, along with the cilantro leaves which isn’t mentioned until you get to the cooking part. Terribly written recipe which is a shame because it looks like it could be very tasty.
i like your all recipes…..
and I have 1 question which type of vinegar you used to in cooking?means white or red……
and only white vinegar is use for cooking?
You can cook with both red or white vinegar. Usually, we prefer white vinegar as it has no other flavor than it’s own acidity.
