prawn schezwan

Ingredients

1> for fryning

300gms Tiger Prawn

tomato sauce-2 table spoon

chilli sauce- 2 table spoon

soya sauce - 1 table spoon

turmeric powder -2 tspoon

salt to taste

cornfloor - 4 table spoon

white of an egg

water for marinating

oil to deep fry

 

2> for the masala

3 tspoon oil

jeera -1tspoon

6 cloves of garlic cut to slices

2 green chilies cut to round slices

2 oniins chopped

2 capsicum chopped

4 tomatoes sliced

ginger garlic paste 2 tspoon

tomato sauce 2 table spoon

chilli sauce 2 table spoon

soya sauce 2 table spoon

vinegar 1 tspoon

red chilli powder 2 tspoon

garam masala 2 tspoon

jeera powder 2 tspoon

chiken masala 1/2 tspoon

turmeric powder 1 tspoon

water for cooking

salt to taste

 

3> garnishing

coriander leaves 2 twigs

 

 

Peparation

take 300 gms of tiger prawn and wash propely. to it add turmeric powder, salt, 4 large spoon cornfloor, white of 1 egg, tomato sauce, chlli sauce, soya sauce along wid water and marinate the prawns wid it. keep it aside for 30 mins. then deep fry the prawns untill they are golden brown.

 

In another frying pan put 3 teaspoon oil, then jeera, then garlic, then some green chillies. stir for a while and add choped onions and wait till it turns golden brown. add capsicum  to it and fry. then add tomato slice to it and mix it, to this masala and ginger garlic paste and mix properly. cook for 10 mins and add water again and cook for somwe time.Then add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli powder, garam masala. jeera powder, chiken masala and cook for 15 mins. after the water gets evaporated  add more water and cook for some more time. then add fried prawn to it and cook for sometime till the water gets fully dried. garnish with dhaniya pata
